This was a scam in my experience. Do not fall for it. I paid Onyx Tax Solutions up front to prepare my taxes. After he got my money, my taxes were not completed. I tried calling and messaging multiple times, but I stopped getting responses. Then he blocked me and disappeared. No updates. No completed tax return.
