For the longest while I wanted to get back into being active but I didn't want to go to your typical gym. I was eye thing studio for quite some time and decided to take some classes. 6 months later and I'm still here. It is as the best decision to try something new. Not only is the community super kind and welcoming, all of the instructors are very talented and helpful! If youve been looking to try something new, give Onyx a shot. I promise you need ZERO fitness experience to do this.

I am a complete novice in ariel hammock, but Brandie is such a great instructor, and nice, kind and funny as well. A great combination!

I've been doing pole and hoop on and off for almost a year here. I'm hoping to try hand balancing and silks soon! I've done pole at other studios out of state. Chandler and Meghan are awesome instructors! Love the vibe of the studio, it's very positive and welcoming. The classes can be challenging and include conditioning, but the conditioning will make you stronger and able to safely do moves.
