Thank you Karn, I always appreciate when a service provider is knowledgeable, professional, and does a good job. As someone who is older and knows nothing about plumbing Karn took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and he told me upfront what the price was going to be. No surprises. Great job, great guy, great work and I will absolutely pass his number on.

My boiler started shutting off constantly and we were in search of a plumber. We had another company come in to service and just gave us the run around. In search of another option, I was referred to Onyx plumbing by a friend who highly recommended them. What a great recommendation! Our tech was Karn, he arrived right away to resolve the issue. Karn was very good, knowledgeable and honest. He was able to resolve very fast. Amazing customer experience! Highly recommend Onyx Plumbing and especially Karn!

Recently not having a good experience with a plumbing company, who did not fix the leak problem in our tank, and caused more issues after, it was very refreshing to find Onyx Plumbing, Karn, who went out of his way to correct the previous things done. We will use his services in the future and will let friends and others know of his company. Thank you!

Contacted Onyx Plumbing for an emergency leak in my house and they did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, and very well experienced. Will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing and heating needs going forward!
