Due to the dramatic price increase that I was told when I showed up for my appointment for a microloc retie verses the price online and that I booked, the constant talking, and the touching of my face; I decided not to book again. There was a standing appointment that wasn't confirmed. However, to my surprise, I received a confirmation 2 days before, so I immediately canceled. It was my first time at this salon and was pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was welcomed, Brittany did an excellent job tightening up my wig. Would def recommend. Thanks for the coffee

Kisha was my stylist at my first visit to Onyx and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, positive experience. From start to finish, Kisha was gentle with my hair and styled it skillfully. She was also a joy to speak with, along with the other talented stylists at the salon. Very importantly, the salon itself was clean, neat, well air-conditioned, and stylish. Lovely service and caring stylist. Nice clean salon and atmosphere. There's really not many salons like it.I always like to stop by when I'm in town.

My first visit there. Everyone was nice and efficient. My colorist did my color and it came out terrific. I had my locks retwisted and I'm very happy with the results.
