Errol helped me out over the phone he was great at replying fast and giving me plenty information, the day I went into the store he also helped look at multiple bike before making my choice. I had a good time there and got a great bike at the end of the day!
I just bought a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja from OnyxMoto. What I liked was that I was able to test drive the 2 motorcycles I was interested in. I do have previous riding experience, so that it might be different for people without experience. Errol was super helpful throughout the entire process and was straightforward about the process and about pricing when it came to it. Once the paperwork was ready to be signed, Josh made the process super simple and easy.
I knew exactly what i was looking for and wanted the process to be easy and simple. I reached out to Onyx Moto and Errol got back to me promptly with the info I'd asked for, I went in the next day to sign paperwork and all of the numbers matched what we had discussed with no hidden fees. Really appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the team. Love the bike, thanks again Errol!
Over the years I’ve purchased and sold motorcycles to onyx . Today was the 3rd bike I sold to them. It’s always a no hassle fair deal experience. Today I worked with johann and in about an hour I was out with a check . Another great experience!!!
