To the proper owner, you cannot ask clients to put their medical records up for the world to see just because you’re obviously a rude little person & that seems your primary response to critics. I strongly suggest you get into a new line of business. We’re looking for new doctors but sure as hell won’t be going there

The staff here are very friendly and professional. I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak English well, but they patiently explained it to me in the easiest way to understand.

Fantastic medical practice - would highly recommend! My health is better for being a patient there, which is the most you can ask for. They’re often able to accommodate same day appointments which can be critical & is hard to find these days. The space itself is welcoming, all staff are friendly & the care second to none 💯

Hi On the 13th of Feb 2024 I had an appointment at Onyx Medical Centre to get a new ‘Certificate of Capacity’ . CoC’s are a mandatory requirement for WorkCover patients. I had to pay $130, up front for the appointment, which was not mentioned when I made the booking. The Doctor I saw did write a CoC at the time but it was vague and rejected by WorkCover. I have rung Onyx repeatedly since then and have tried to get them to rewrite the CoC or refund my money. Today is the 29th February , over 2 weeks has gone by. I just receiv... read more
