We shopped around and met with several salespeople and Erin Keefe was by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful professional that we met with. Because of her wonderful customer service skills, we ultimately went with Onyx for updating our kitchen. I had a very great experience working with both Alicia and Mike at Commonwealth cabinetry in Watertown. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with on two recent projects of a kitchen/dining room renovation as well as replacing 2 bathroom vanities. All my questions were answered promptly and they were both always accommodating with any changes I wanted to make in designs or products and were able to show me 3D renderings of all projects. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of the products we received at Onyx! We redid our kitchen and three bathrooms. Alicia was very helpful to work with as we selected our materials (including looking at remnants for smaller vanities), helped us visualize how different materials looked with our cabinets, and arrange for the templates and installation. It was very easy to work with Onyx, especially working closely with Commonwealth Cabinetry, and he prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend!
