I’m new to this gym, I can’t remember her name but she was so helpful in helping me figure out what certain machines was used for. I love how she always check in on people around the gym, I always see her cleaning and organizing while asking people for their advice on if they want to see anything different. We’ve spoke briefly and she was such a sweet soul 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!

Called to set up a tour, lady said she’d be there and she wasn’t. Was just trying to sign up bc we live right next door. Reached out and we’re told to go to another location, not sure what kind of marketing that is. Doesn’t really make sense to drive to twinsburg when there’s a location right here in Northfield. Just terrible business management guess I’ll take our money elsewhere.

I dont know if anyone works here anymore.. gym is always dirty and freezing cold in the winter and no ac in the summer.. It's really gone downhill in the 5 years I have been coming here.

The only reason I go is because it’s 24/7 Access. Equipment is always broke, it’s always dirty in locker room and the don’t even have a shower. For the price you come up short.
