A strong warning about why you should not live at Onyx before you consider signing a lease. This is from a current resident. I'm writing this review out of the hope that Onyx Edina, who is owned by a corporate company called Sentinel, will be accountable for their business practices that have caused a lot of grief and frustration over the past two years as a resident. The management is not great and the utility’s keeps breaking plus management took my hello fresh box which is supposed to be delivered to my door instead it was put in a package box where it couldn’t be found and it went bad I also feel really unsafe here

Dear Onyx Team, I appreciate your business acumen, but I'm disappointed in the handling of our floor plan interest. After a 2-month discussion with Lamar, we were assured of flexibility with a 60-day lock, accommodating our July move-in. Given our current situation - I had a baby 3 days ago and we conducted a virtual tour from the hospital - I expected better understanding.
