I am extremely concerned about privacy practices at Onyx Apartments, and I feel compelled to warn others. We had a very disappointing experience attempting to tour this property. We arrived to tour with a confirmed appointment. When we got there, another party was there to tour (not a confirmed appointment). We were understanding and offered reasonable solutions, including letting the other group tour with us or moving quickly so the leasing agent could help them next. A strong warning about why you should not live at Onyx before you consider signing a lease. This is from a current resident. I'm writing this review out of the hope that Onyx Edina, who is owned by a corporate company called Sentinel, will be accountable for their business practices that have caused a lot of grief and frustration over the past two years as a resident. The management is not great and the utility’s keeps breaking plus management took my hello fresh box which is supposed to be delivered to my door instead it was put in a package box where it couldn’t be found and it went bad I also feel really unsafe here
