One of my friends suggested me to visit Onyx dental for annual checkup and basic cleaning. Their administrative team treated me without checking my insurance thoroughly and charged me with out of pocket amount, which I was not expecting at all. My suggestion is to avoid visiting this location. Thanks!
I recently concluded my short time as a patient at this clinic due to serious issues with their billing and administrative policies. While the dental care itself was fine, the administrative failure cost them a committed long-term patient. Onyx dental has a really great team, everyone is very friendly and personable. They always ensure your comfort. I just had a crown procedure and Dr. Malhi made sure it fit well and was kind enough to check in to see how things were going the next day. Would highly recommend!
