I bought a Mercedes from this company the engine died a year and a Half later I did its servicing like oil changes and all Have all records of it, I tried called the “female manager” was rude and hung Up on me and i also paid $5000 insurance for coverage for anything serious now they’re refusing to help me this place is a scam!!!!
My car battery died in the Costo parking lot this past Saturday night and a service guy from Onyx promptly came to me on site, jump started my car and I drove it to their lot to be fixed. This man went above and beyond - he answered my call right at their closing time, showed up at Costco and then offered me a ride home with all of my groceries! Onyx automotive had charged be a fraction for my break pads and rotors upon installing it the had damage to calipers which kept on sending out eroor message for parking breaks applied on my 2019 Audi a4. They need an additional part per wheel which cost $1,200 per wheel =$4,800 for all 4 wheels plus taxes and labour plus $1,500 for the original part. At Audi it would of been $3,000 including taxes parts and labour. I am also out of a car until then part comes in which is 2-3 weeks wait. So another expense on a rental vehicle... read more
Exceptional customer service and they know their work.
One of their mechanic here installed my Alloygator wheel protector and deliberately cut the sidewall of all my 4 tires for taking it back to them as they did not do a good job the first time. Apparently he didn’t like this. At first I thought he marked my tires off with a chalk but then discovered that it was cut. My tires have now been compromised and is not safe anymore putting me in danger. Please beware of this shop. Thinking of taking legal action.
