Lela (scheduler) was great overall and her communication was perfect, and the price they quoted was very fair. One thing to note is that they tend to secure a driver closer to your actual dates, so having a flexible window for pickup and drop-off is important. It’s not their fault, though, this is just the nature of the industry, where they often wait for a driver to be assigned to the route, which can make scheduling a bit unpredictable. Picked up from NJ and dropped off in California in less than a week. Best company, best agent, and our driver Roy is very professional! Roy had us worry-free the whole time as well as by giving us constant updates.
Lela provided excellent service with the transportation of our two cars. One was shipped from Maryland to California, and the other from Maryland to Utah. In both instances, Lela offered great service at a reasonable price, and the cars were delivered on time without any issues.
Great experience with my driver, Roy! I used Goliath transporters who found this company and handled back end logistics. Great communication from Roy for pick up and drop off, flexible with location, and thorough inspection of my car before and after. Would highly recommend!
