Lela (scheduler) was great overall and her communication was perfect, and the price they quoted was very fair. One thing to note is that they tend to secure a driver closer to your actual dates, so having a flexible window for pickup and drop-off is important. Picked up from NJ and dropped off in California in less than a week. Best company, best agent, and our driver Roy is very professional! Roy had us worry-free the whole time as well as by giving us constant updates.
Lela provided excellent service with the transportation of our two cars. One was shipped from Maryland to California, and the other from Maryland to Utah. In both instances, Lela offered great service at a reasonable price, and the cars were delivered on time without any issues.
Great experience with my driver, Roy! I used Goliath transporters who found this company and handled back end logistics. Great communication from Roy for pick up and drop off, flexible with location, and thorough inspection of my car before and after. Would highly recommend!
Quoted me a price for 551 they called me right before they were supposed to pick the car up the day before and tried to save the driver wanted 550 so that's when I was confused and told them that I got quoted for 5:51 and then I proceeded to ask so what is the initial inflation cost from the 551 in the driver warning $550 they proceeded to tell me that there were using copart's calculator to determine their pricing and that was unfair because if I wanted to use the auction transport which costs a lot more I would just did th... read more
