My daughter booked us an appointment to get our nails done. Tried calling multiple times and when I finally got through to tell them I was not feeling well they insisted that we pay the full amount. My daughter is a student. I offered to pay 1/2 which is $125.00 and they said no. This is not good customer service it’s robbery. I think they should have given the option of rescheduling. Don’t book any appointments with a company that asks for a credit card number to book any appointments.
I've been getting bio sculpture manicures at Onyx off and on for a little over a year now but waited to write my review because I didn't believe the INCREDIBLE manicures would continue... it seems too good to be true! As a shorter nail girl, I've had terrible experiences at other studios in the past where you could tell the technicians would have rather been working on someone with long nails. Cam is the most amazing nail tech ever! She puts a serious amount of effort into making your nails look pretty! I definitely recommend this place!
I went here for around 3 years (1 year it was the only salon I was going to) and I was okay with paying a bit more because it was clean and they always used new tools. just before Christmas I noticed one of my nails was a darker colour (couldn't see through the polish) I asked them to take it off and my thumb nail was black and green. Amazing place, amazing staff! I’ve been going to Onyx for years for pedicures, usually accompanied by my daughter. We have had such fun with everyone here. They are consistently talented and beautifully friendly and helpful all around.
