Initially the process of making an appointment was easy enough. The appointment itself went fine. However upon following up on prescriptions I had requested, my emails, text messages, phone calls and in person conversations were never followed up on or responded to. It was incredibly frustrating! It's a very long story but needless to say there are many more providers to choose from and I highly recommend that you keep looking. The lack of professionalism really isn't acceptable.
