Lexi has been amazing! I came in with lower back pain that had been flared up for months, and she was so great at talking through everything with me, narrowing down what was actually going on, and finding what worked. We worked through daily exercises, movement techniques and even pelvic floor work that have made such a huge difference. Lexi is simply the best. I am an avid runner and during my first pregnancy I found myself unable to run more than a few minutes at a time without significant pelvic floor pain that drove me to walk. My husband urged me to see Dr. Lexi, and after just one or two appointments, I was back to running and feeling like myself again, plus had some tools in my toolbox for keeping it that way as I progressed through pregnancy. Lexi is my Go-To for any time my body isn't quite right. She has a unique ability to find the true culprit of pain or discomfort and not only treat it in the office but always sends me home with exercises or stretches to do on my own to aid in the healing process. She is worth every penny, and I tell anyone I come across who has something nagging them in their body that she's the one and only they should see!

Dr. Lexi was awesome. She listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue with my hip and we did the exercises together. Excellent service.
