I have had stiffness and soreness issues with my left hip after I had surgery back in Aug 2025. I contacted Matt from Onward to get an initial evaluation in Apr 2026 after a couple of months of struggles, and since then, I have been lifting pain free after only one week of work. Evaluation and diagnoses are super fast and accurate, and I thank Matt for helping throughout this long process!

I had the privilege of having Dr. Himsey help me with what i thought was tennis elbow, which was debilitating in my life. He evaluated my situation and determined I had an inflamed nerve, not a muscle problem. He assisted me with accurate treatment for the problem along with training recommendations to help it from reoccurring. Great experience and thankful for accurate help.
Dr. Matt helped me tremendously. I've had lower back pain for years and he gave me the tools to alleviate it. I haven't been able to work out legs in years and now its back in my weekly routine. Thanks Matt.
