Dr. Bird is fantastic and I highly recommend seeing her! She is a phenomenal PT who truly listens and takes the time to understand my history, capabilities, routine, and resources. Instead of a generic rehab template, she built a tailored plan that really works for me and is helping me hit my fitness goals.
I recently started PT here with Emma and have made so much progress. I used to get unilateral lower back pain with any front rack loaded movement at the gym. That is no longer the case since working with Emma. She is incredibly knowledgeable and understands how to pivot and work with your needs. The space is inviting and she made me feel very comfortable and heard. 100% would recommend!
I have been working with Dr. Abigail Bird since December of 2020. Dr. Bird has played a critical role in my rehabilitation from a life-changing automobile accident, my ongoing physical fitness, and now through cancer surgery and treatment. Honestly, I would not be in the positive state of health that I am, both physically and mentally, without the care and support that Abigail has proved over the years.
