I’d been to three different pelvic floor PT’s before deciding to give it one last shot with Emma at Onward. I was dreading the appointment (why would this be different than everything else I’d tried?) but as soon as we got started, I knew things were going to change. Emma evaluated my ENTIRE body, quickly identifying areas of weakness and/or limited flexion that were also affecting my pelvic floor. They are amazing, first class atmosphere very clean and professional. I’ve been working with Gabi through my ACL,LCL, and Quad tendon tears . She has been very kind and pleasant to work with and she really knows what she’s doing. If you’re an athlete with an injury this where you need go.
Dr. Emma works to address the most impactful issue in the visit and gives specific exercises to work on strengthening or increasing mobility after treatment- rather than just treat each time… very good at analyzing and explaining .
Great office with amazing staff! Started and finished on time. Listened to my concerns and goals and worked to build a plan that fit my life! Highly recommend!
Onward PT is simply awesome. Dr. Bird is amazing. She diagnoses any issue that I’m having and her treatments and suggested exercises are always spot on. She’s also very personable and fun to work with. Strongly recommend!
