I went in to see James because my shoulder was hurting. While treating me for that, I mentioned “I have a terrible back, with 7 vertebrae fused together. It regularly goes out on me”. Before I could blink, he taught me how to appropriately lift weights (something I had NEVER done in 61 years). More importantly, he taught me I COULD DO IT!! Cassidy took needed time to figure out where pain in my leg was sourced- then did specific treatments to target area. The last part of puzzle was an exercise plan to get me through pain and gaining strength. Now I am back to gardening and walking without discomfort- so grateful
Dr. Cassidy McMurray is great! She is so knowledgeable and helpful! I was worried I was going to need surgery or something complicated with my shoulder but no. The treatment and exercises she's given me is allowing it to heal quickly! I'm confident I'll be back to 100% in no time! It's also awesome working with another Crossfitter! I love that she gets me!
Loved working with Dr. Cassidy during pregnancy. She was able to get me out of pain and strengthen the areas that needed to be to stay out of pain. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re an athlete!
