I had a really tough, years old foot injury and was struggling to recover after surgery. James worked with me over several months to get it strong again and back to trail running when I thought I might not ever get to run consistently again. My exercises and appointments were efficient and not overwhelming. James taught me how to effectively manage my pain and was very encouraging and positive for the whole process.
Very knowledgeable, super helpful, I felt like the treatment was specific to my situation. And the best part was I felt better after I left! I always have lots of easy-to-follow at home exercises and I see big changes between sessions.
I’m so fortunate to have found Onward when I did. I was on a waiting list to get into St Luke’s rehab and they casually mentioned that maybe I could get in earlier here. I called and James personally helped me from start to finish. I went from almost no neck mobility in February to head banging at my favorite band’s concert in April. If I have any similar issues in the future I will be skipping the referral process and calling Onward first. Thank you James!
