My initial consult with Lauren was as amazing. The space is beautiful and clean, the way she interacted with me from the start was professional and kind. I loved that she focused on my goals, not just relieving pain. The combination of testing movements, manual manipulation, cupping, dry needling, and exercise was incredible. We finally found the source of my pain and a plan to get back to 100%. Can’t recommend Onward and Lauren enough!
I was very impressed with Dr. Jake's evaluation of my injury and how much help I got from just one treatment session; I also left with clear instructions on strengthening exercises.
In October 2024, I was diagnosed with a hip impingement and labral tear and was told that surgery was the best option to solve the problem. I scheduled surgery for March 10, 2025. Matt and his team are simply the best therapists in Madison. Multiple specialties and areas of focus are available. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Dr Koester was very thorough when examining my shoulder. He was also a very good listener, thoughtfully incorporating my experiences into his data points. I left with clear exercises for continuing to strengthen and heal. Grateful!
