I went to see Dr. Zach back in February for herniated discs in my back. His exercises start with pain management, and then progress over time to back and core strengthening. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to adjust your exercises as you progress. When I started PT, I was at about 7/8 pain level, and now I am 100% pain free. I still do the exercises he gave me every week. The investment was very much worth it!
I recently finished my first session with Zach and had a great experience. Zach is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and was able to diagnose my ankle issue immediately. He gave me exercises and stretches along detailed instructions. I would highly recommend reaching out to Zach as soon as you start having symptoms.
Knee problem was fixed in 10 mins!
Zach is the best! He's worked with my two children, who are both competitive gymnasts for the past few years. He's supported them through general therapies for strength and conditioning for gymnastics. But, more importantly he's led the rehab for a hip avulsion fraction, and post-op PT for two surgeries (torn PCL and torn shoulder labrum.)
