If I could give 10 stars I would! AJ is extremely competent, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and has taken so much of his time to explain things to me every step of the way. When I first went in (which was on recommendation from someone else who trusts him implicitly,) he actually showed me exactly what was happening with my brakes so I could make an informed decision. Was passing through Willets and my truck threw an error code related to fuel delivery. AJ ran the diagnostics code for me and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. Although, he could not complete the work because he was fully booked he recommended a shop that specialized in diesel trucks and they are currently working on it. Much appreciated!
We had some transmission trouble on the highway and found Onward in Willits just off the highway. AJ got us in quickly and helped to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to run the scan and give us the details on the issues for Audi and provided some honest advice and charged us a very reasonable price.
I don't leave many reviews , but it's hard to find a good mechanic so I thought I'd leave one for onward , honestly I've now had them do several projects on multiple vehicles ranging from exhaust upgrade on my 18 ram (flow master set up) to a transmission job on my son's sequoia and plenty of scheduled service jobs .each time AJ has been upfront about the costs , extremely thorough, courteous, quick turn around time. These guys have the best crew and they're really knowledgeable and efficient. They didn't overcharge me, helped me find a good solution and when the parts weren't fitting my budget went out of their way after hours to help me find local sources of what I needed. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. If you find yours2lf in my neck of the woods and jn need of automotive help I highly recommend these guys every time. I owe one of them a few beers if I remember right lol
