Everytime I call in an issue, they always say there is no one available to respond until many hours later... What's the point then. This 'service' costs thousands of dollars a month for supposedly remote monitoring and prevention, but I have yet to see any prevention and when something occurs they don't have anyone to respond.
Had the opportunity to work with Jairo, he was professional and got us set up for patrols and a dedicated guard quickly. They provided service on short notice and did a great job! Guard did a great job of making sure our site was protected. Really liked the reports they were informative with pictures!
