They don’t follow delivery instructions.
Ontrac is the absolute worst most incompetent company. I can’t not figure out for the life of me why companies use them to ship besides the fact that they’re cheaper. They constantly say your address is incorrect…nope, every other company has no issue with it & the drivers are way to lazy to read the gate code you put in the delivery notes or god forbid take 2 seconds to call you for it. This company made it seem like they have attempted to deliver my package when they were not seen on camera delivering at all they also said they needed more information about the delivery address making it seem like my address was wrong when I always get delivery just fine.. literally the worst shipping company non working number and a trash ai bot
This is second time Walmart has shipped with OnTrac and tracking shows delivered but no package anywhere... Cannot reach a live agent and this is one of the worst deliveries I've ever encountered.. make sure if you order online from Walmart they don't use this horrible company
