I hate leaving bad reviews... But 3+ times ontrac has either lost my package or been very delayed due to logistical problems. Just a shame.
I got a notification that my package failed to deliver because they didn't have a access code, I don't live in a gated community so there's no need for a access code. Then the next day it said it was delivered but I'm checking around my house and in my mailbox and it's not there. This is a trash delivery company and they need to get there stuff together or just go out of business. I wish I could give them less than a 1 star
Driver said needed gate code. Could not deliver. I dont have any gates or codes needed anywhere.
They don’t follow delivery instructions.
