Worst company ever! 1st time a package magically disappears! All other times they got stolen! Throws packages in the middle of the yard or by the gate where anyone can stop and just pick it and take it! I wish companies would stop using them! Thanks Ontrac for listening to directions! What a waste of time!!!!
How are you in the shipping business? You can't seem to deliver anything even remotely on time, or undamaged.
OnTrac marked my Abercrombie and Fitch order “delivered” on 6/3 but only after I contacted them multiple times asking where it was. No proof of delivery photo. It was due 5/25. I never got it. I got a refund, but not the jackets. This feels shady.

I’m baffled that OnTrac is still in business. I’ve had several negative experiences with them, but the latest one takes the cake. My order was picked up on 11/15 with an expected delivery date of 11/19–11/20. After that, there was zero movement until 11/27, when it was scanned at the same location it started from. Multiple attempts to contact customer service were hopeless—no updates, no accountability, and no clue where my package was.
