2nd time in a row they say delivered to mail room. Don't have a mailroom or office at my condo. Now missing for 5 days.
OnTrac keeps loosing my purchases that are shipped by OnTrac. The employees do not care, nor do they help some disabled, handicapped and customers of color. This has happened to me twice and this is more than a coincidence.
Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot. Ontrac promised my order on Tuesday the 19th of June, 2018. I'm still waiting and its Friday the 22nd. I'm assured that an investigation is occuring now. Its been two days since the investigation started. Its frustrating. I also was told the drivers gps device was not operating, so the office types have no idea where their driver was. I'm very upset. I don't remember how many times I've called to be told the supervisor will call when somthing is known.
I wouldn't recommend OnTrac for shipping. They don't have a good track record. I'm 0 for two shipments from them myself
I wouldnt even pick a star... The company I have purchased from picked twice and it has been LATE and DAMAGED twice. Very annoying sitting here and waiting
Worst delivery carrier ever, their drivers have no concern with customer service, that is from management to the drivers. They refuse to deliver to apartments, they would rather drop packages at the leasing office thantry to go to the actual apartment. They are lazy and I feel that Amazon shoudl terminate its contract with this unprofessional company.
leaves package on doorstep in an apartment building. i hope newegg switches back to USPS or UPS or fedex. very light door knock. it would be fine if they left the items at the main apartment office. thats what the others do. i do not recommend this company
This company is terrible and doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have had 2 encounters with ontrac, first time customer, and I will never allow anything to be shipped through this company again. The first interaction was a rather expensive piece of electronics. First the package did not arrive on time as I had paid for, their excuse was they had the wrong address even though my shipping receipt clearly showed the correct address.
