2nd time in a row they say delivered to mail room. Don't have a mailroom or office at my condo. Now missing for 5 days.
OnTrac keeps loosing my purchases that are shipped by OnTrac. The employees do not care, nor do they help some disabled, handicapped and customers of color. This has happened to me twice and this is more than a coincidence.
Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot.
