Andre was very informative on how water was making it into my home and provided good advice and direction on how to prevent it in the future. They tented off the area in the basement and setup the dehumidifier and blowers and got it all dried up within a day. Thanks for the help!

Andre came out to tell me what needs do be done. And gave us professional advice. We hightly appreciate his good knowledge. Thanks.We have lived here for 13 years and had this problem all the time. All they do was snake out drains and toilet and it backed up right after they did the work. They put carpet throughout the basement so now we always have standing water. The floor drains are covered. OnTop Restoration exceeded our expectations. Andre was very responsive to our calls and requests. We called for an estimate on some new doors. We ended up awarding OnTop the job to renovate our attic space. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from this company.
