Servicio al cliente también incluye estar dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para ayudar al cliente en el momento, esta persona por lo cual se negó hacerlo teniendo inclusive las herramientas a la mano y por lo cual después de haberle pagado aún así quería cobrar de más las por algo que estuvo a su alcance. No lo recomiendo!!!
This is truly one of the best tax services in Dallas. Prices are great and she works hard to complete tasks, I highly recommend this location.
Please do not go to this place they are charging people ridiculous prices and getting away with it. Please do your research. I was just at the county tax office and A replacement registration sticker cost $6.50 just registered 40 days ago and misplaced. I didnt want to wait the hour to get. I drive by This place thinking they could help and they wanted to charge me $80 ridiculous please be warn. I'll be back at the tax office Monday. I can't evem imagine want she is charging for other services stay away.
