Tyler last name should be Professional!!.. He went over everything in detail, answered all my questions on the setup and service. Brand new customer and I'm pretty sure the ending results will speak for itself.
Shane was on time and very professional. He kept me well informed during the process of repairing our water heater.
We had OnTime Service out today 7/2. Brett was the tech that came out. Checked the system. Got the work done in an extremely timely fashion. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism.
No matter how big or small the problem, OnTime always fixes it. They have never “not” fixed the problem. They will stay all day if they have to, but they will fix it, even all day on July 3 when everyone else is making big plans. And they are nice and do not complain. I love it.
