Chris at “On-Time pack and ship” is one heck of a good guy. I was having issues with a shipment coming from FedEx and was getting very frustrated with the process. I stopped by On-Time Pack and Ship to ask a few questions and he went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of, and I wasn’t even one of his customers. I used Ontime Pack and Ship to send a game console and other small items to Montana. We have had delay issues in the past with another service getting packages there, but this time it got there exactly as expected and all in one piece. I also appreciate the size of their business as I was able to be there with one other customer and could easily maintain social distance. Very clean and organized too.
After seeing the business on Facebook, and calling around to several places, Gary was able to get my study manual printed for about $40 cheaper than anywhere else! I couldn't have asked for a quicker or better service!
