Proffessionals was on time and did a great job on our carpet.I really appreciate their work and recommend them to others.
Beyond PATHETIC!! Do not use this company. I had a cleaning scheduled for 8/21, they sent me a confirmation text and asked for a reply to which I replied. On the schedule day I was supposed to get a phone call giving me a 45 minute notice that they would be arriving. I never received any call and they never even turned up! Three days have passed and I'm still waiting on a phone call or some type of communication from the company advising me what happened and why didn't turn up.
This cleaning service is the worst! We paid $319 and received the following: 1. They left huge piles of dirt and dog hair on the floor. 2. They neglected to dust the top of the refrigerator. 3. They didn't wipe off the countertops. 4. They cleaned the inside of the freezer, however they didn't put the shelf back in correctly, which prevented the freezer door from shutting. Rather than take the time to fix the problem they decided to just leave the freezer door open. It was open for hours before I got home and fixed it.
