Very pleased with their service. Needed a repair on our dryer -- they were on time -- texted me when they were 30 minutes away. Quick work. Polite and professional. They asked for a broom, they moved the dryer and offered to sweep up the uncovered mounds of lost socks and lint :-) -- I politely said that I would take care of that. Recommended.
Ontime came to us from our Service Contract provider, from their first phone call to us as to their service visit, very thing was better then you could possibly expect. They tell you something and they keep it. Their Service personal is outstanding prompt and reliable. They came on time and did their job . Would recommend to my family, and anyone I cared for. We called to service our Miele washing machine. It was making a loud sound.The first time they came they didn't fine any problem with it but charged me for the visit. My wife called a month later with the same sound and the worker decided that it needed new bearings. They charged me again for the second visit.The man came in with a wrong belt to begin with.He placed in a order for a Miele part. No one called me for weeks. We had our under counter ice maker repaired by two wonderful Ontime Appliance Repairmen. They found the problem that others could not...spent more than a few hours the first visit to figure out what the problems were, ordered the parts and returned again to quickly repair it. Great job! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
