What a swell guy! Support this business owner - he cares, and if you call him and have a chat you will see what I mean real quick. I have a challenging, slimmer than usual well that underperforms and Troy is going to go out of his way to do the best he can to see if I can save me the cost of drilling a new one. He took lots of his time to thoroughly explain some what-not-to-dos, and spoke to me like we'd known each other for years. I don't see any reason to shop around. Troy came out to fract my well in Bath. After initial inspecting he saw that the metal flange that caps the well was in poor condition.. He recommend that it be replaced but would take a couple of weeks to get the part. A few weeks later he called and set up an appointment with the part and to fract. Troy measured the water flow before and after the fracting. The increase didn't meet his guarantee so he didn't charge me anything. My point is, Troy spend a lot of time, money and effort to help me. Excellent service. Can not reccomend enough
We were down to less than 1 gpm on an old well. Couldn’t do much beyond the basics and had to be careful when doing laundry, etc.. After Troy’s crew was here we have 4 gpm, can pressure wash, do Laundry, whatever, basically restored to how the well operated when it was brand new over 30 years ago for a fraction of the cost of a new well.
