Don't ever give this guy money up front. He doesn't show up when he says he will, he charges up front and doesn't complete the job. Paid him $2k to do a job and I'm now paying for a professional person to do what he never finished. He seems nice and friendly, but WATCH OUT. You will not be happy with his service, his work ethic and the job you are left with. He deserves a -5 stars. The excuses he came up with were at least entertaining.

At least three of the four new highly rated reviews are close friends of Dennis. It's pathetic that he can't run his business properly so he has to have his buddies come in and wash out the honest reviews with fake good ones. This guy sells garbage and even if he "finds the time" to come around and fix it, it's a hacky wack job. But he most likely will just not show up and spew excuses Dennis is a hack and a crook
They moved my tub into my yard. Service was fast and was conducted professionally. The service guy was knowledgeable and gave me care tips. Overall great service and pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend Ontario Spa Dr!
