The fella showed up 10 min. early which is fine, never introduced himself, I showed him how my windows work because there is no need to remove screens or go outside accept for doors & a plate glass window on living room for which a tall ladder is needed. He used glass cleaner to clean windows. A good job considering how dirty they were. When it came to the tracks, he was not prepared & only used his finger to go down what he could reach ,& not the sides or corners & leaving a trail of dirt behind him.
