We've been using Ontario Security Sytems for a few years now. Josh is very responsive to our needs. We had an office move and everything went very smoothly.
Great service from Josh. Called with a system problem and Josh was by within a few hours to fix. Highly recomend!
I called this company at 12:35pm on Oct 14th, 2022 inquiring about the services they offer. A gentle?man answered the phone and had the worst customer experience skills - he didn't engage with me, answered my initial question with a NO and hung up on me. Not the person I would want on the phones in my company if they are looking to grow their business. Do not recommend.
