Good day, we gave two carpets to this company for cleaning. The carpets were cleaned perfectly. Thank you to you and your employees.
I've been working with this company more than 7 years and I always was happy with their service. They hired a new guy recently who is rude and provides poor customer service. As a repeat customer, the previous management team was so good and gave return customers a little discount. Not only did the new guy not consider a discount, but he also overcharged me (charged me for 9 square meters when my rug was 8). NEVER WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
