I've been working with this company more than 7 years and I always was happy with their service. They hired a new guy recently who is rude and provides poor customer service. As a repeat customer, the previous management team was so good and gave return customers a little discount. Not only did the new guy not consider a discount, but he also overcharged me (charged me for 9 square meters when my rug was 8). NEVER WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
How much washing two big rugs and one medium size
The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly. I couldn’t be more pleased . I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to refresh their Rugs & carpets!
