I won’t trust them again. I brought 2 rugs for cleaning, picked them up a week later rolled in plastic, when I got home I realized one of my carpet got damaged, And both carpets are full of hair looks like some kind of pet hair their cleaning service worth ZERO. My steam cleaner works better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
