Unfortunately, I have to edit my original review. I was a customer for years and had trusted their service, but during my last visit (over two years ago), they damaged my carpet. Some parts along the sides were scratched and visibly destroyed. When I raised the issue, they did not take responsibility and instead made excuses, claiming this was “normal” for carpet cleaning. This was very disappointing, especially given my long history as a customer.
I bought some rugs from them which are very high quality, I am so satisfied, also I gave some rugs for washing which was perfectly done, Strongly recommended!
