It was a delightful experience working with Sebastian and Ayesha. I felt heard and understood. I had spoken with a few other companies but it sounded like they were just focused on their own best interests. With Sebastian and Ayesha they walked me through all of my options and helped me pick the best one which was to partner with them as my house had negative equity. They renovated my place and we sold it on the open market when there was not enough equity to sell it as is. Thank you!!
