This is a terrible place. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the front desk staff to the X-ray technician, no one here seems to follow any standard of quality. Tax payers money has been wasted in this place
The staff here are truly wonderful! I want to extend a special thank you to Odette and Iris for taking such great care of me during my appointments. They consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional and compassionate care for their patients.
I waited at the reception desk for 2–3 minutes without being acknowledged. When I politely asked for assistance, the receptionist responded impatiently, saying, ‘I’m entering another patient’s information. Can’t you wait?’ I understand staff can be busy, but a simple ‘I’ll be with you shortly’ would have been appreciated. The interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
Plenty of free parking close to the centre entrance. I took the elevator to the third floor and turned right to the end of the hallway where the suite is located. They have convenient separate male and female clean bathrooms, just get the key from the front counter. Service was lightening fast!!! I was registered and seen by the male X-ray Radiologist in less than 10 minutes! 🥰🥰🥰 They have 3 front counter receptionists waiting to serve and register you which was wonderful.
