I had a great experience booking my father's ultrasound and X-ray appointments today. The receptionist was very friendly and patiently worked to accommodate our schedule. While we couldn't get in tomorrow, she was able to book my dad for Sunday, which is perfect! It's fantastic that the clinic is open seven days a week, as weekend availability makes things so much easier! They tell you to come 30 mins before the appointment. Ridiculous!! Wait for nothing! Totally time wasting! Obviously the reception made a mistake and denied.
I’ve been to this ultrasound clinic multiple times, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it, especially about Negin, the ultrasound technician. She is incredibly professional, extremely detail-oriented, and has such a strong work ethic. She’s kind, patient, and truly takes the time to do things properly without ever making you feel rushed.
