No point of giving them a call, I try several times to make sure they do xray on Sunday. Phone will ring 3 times and would send you to voicemail, in a spam of an hr I have try without any success.
“I had a very bad experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist’s attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. None of the staff could understand English properly, which made communication extremely difficult. My mother went there to do ultrasound today about an hour ago, there was a female technician who also speaks Mandarin showed very bad attitude in the ultrasound scanning room when my mum asked her a question nicely. I guess she dared to do so because she thought my mother doesn't speak English so she won't get complaint, and she has no name tag on her uniform. Anyway it's not a professional and manner way to treat patient like that! We also gonna give feedback if our family doctor asks.
