Hi does anyone know if the boat ramp is useable for visitors . I have been using the boat ramp for many years in the past and now I see that they have a Lift arm installed preventing access. ??
I would never recommend anyone using Murray. On our test pilot he ground the boat and damaged the shaft and propeller. Then when he delivered the boat, he crashed the truck we borrowed and after agreeing to pay for the damages, he refused. Not a professional in any way. Stay away - lots of boats out there. Use someone else.
Don't do it! Murry is a friendly fellow, but does not deliver on 'promises'. My boat was with him for 6 weeks — he reported dozens and dozens of views and inquiries. I later learned from the marina owner that this was wholey untrue. I later found out that the entire Marine Community in Bobcaygeon views Murry as a disingenuous business person and all around 'scammer'.
Make sure with this broker that you get a marine survey and everything must be in writing. Just purchased a boat through him that resulted in financial disaster for me.
