I've seen nothing but top shelf products come from Ontario Knife Co. My RD6 is as stout as an axe and stays razor sharp with minimal effort.

I bought a huge knife and it shattered on a 3/4" green tree. I will never buy another one because they wouldn't replace it. That was the first time I used it. The blade was tempered wrong. I don't recommend Ontario knife co to anyone!

I loved your product until I got a defective one, and you wouldn't help. Mine snapped where the blade connects to the rod. I've called and emailed the company and they will not respond. I also know this must have been an isolated incident, the Ontario bayonets we had in the USMC never broke, even when we tried to break them.(that's the reason I bought this) Worse customer service I have ever seen. I have made so many efforts to contact your company, check your email, or phone records. I'd say go with Kabar.

Cheap piece, inappropriate steel. Rust appeared after one hand wash. Support team doesn’t support at all. They answered my email once with a refund offer but then they disappeared. What should i do to get my refund for this ?
