Customer service is top notch! Staff is helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I came in to get a piece of hose and a couple clamps. which is a tiny order for them, but I was treated just as good as a customer who spends thousands of dollars. Lisa showed me a couple options and pricing. 10 minutes later, the guys cut the hose to the length I needed, and they picked out the proper size clamps for me as well. This place is a great example of how a customer oriented business should be run.

Always have wonderful experience. Have interaction with Andre melo couple times , he is very helpful. Coffee machine also works here
I've been going to Ontario Hose for a few years now, and they’ve always been great. The customer service team is friendly and helpful, and the folks in the shop know what they’re doing. They work fast and get things done right. It's always a good experience. I definitely recommend them!
