If I could give 0/5 I would. Tech came into my house and lied saying the replacement was not under warranty and tried to charge me 700 bucks cash for a warranty part. Continued to lie to me about not having a part number and told me not to contact the manufacturer “so they didn’t get confused”. After I verified with the manufacturer that parts were under warranty I asked the dispatcher whether he knew about this behaviour and he said that this was not unexpected for this guy. What a joke.
I got a missed call from this company phone number, I returned the call and the agent was rude over the phone, she was not aware why they call me, and hung up the phone on me. I just asked a simple question that why they did call me just 10 min ago! That is so unacceptable!
