Very unprofessional that you do not revert back to voicemails. I did the tests a month ago and never heard back for the follow up appointment or the test results.

Very good customer service at reception and intake. Staff are very professional and competent. Nice clean modern office. Busy but only a short wait time.
The appointment was for 9:20, but the reception started after 10:10. Are you not aware that people have plans, work, or something else?
