Dr. Orlando is not just knowledgeable about Audiology. She is kind and caring as well. I have had nothing but positive interactions at Ontario Hearing since I started going there in 2021. Additionally, Pam is welcoming and efficient. Five out of five stars!
I recently returned to Rochester, NY and had a battery issue with my Starkey Hearing aide batteries and needed to find a a place that address this issue. So glad I found Ontario Hearing Center… everyone there was so professional and were able to send them in for battery replacements and get them back to me within a week. Great staff…. I am so glad I found them and will definitely be using them in the future!
I am a recent transplant from nj With an issue with my hearing aids. I went by Ontario hearing center at Monroe ave Rochester. I was treated as if I was their regular customer. What a pleasant experience. They are now my hearing aid office For life .
