waiting over 12 days for a narcotic prescription renewal. Called in many times and still nothing
Dr. Gharib was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She did not listen to me at all and dismissed my concerns. She told me she would order a full blood panel, but only did partial testing. Now I have to go back, miss more work, and repeat everything just to get the tests I needed in the first place. She showed no understanding or compassion, and instead of addressing my family history or looking for the root cause of my issues, she simply told me to “eat nothing and join a gym.” That is not medical care. I don't know how many times I have to call and give the lady my full name Plus my health card number and she tells me she can't find me in the system I've been to this doctor at least four times how can you not find me the system
Best doctors office I’ve ever dealt with! Most of the staff are super friendly, chatty to help make you feel more relaxed in the atmosphere.. reduces the anxiety of the appointment! And very informative. Of any and all questions I’ve ever had for clarification and understandigg purposes of any and all diagnosis.. doctors are incredibly professional and practise excellent bed side manner!
