i don’t usually add reviews but every single time i call to make an appointment im on hold for at least 20 minutes. it doesn’t matter if i call as soon as they open or not. this is so frustrating as i dont have time to sit on hold all day waiting to make a singular appointment.
They seem to not want to treat people they just want to get in the room and get out I went there because I was feeling sick all the doctor said was that's a good thing and walked and way not doing nothing about it. And when you sign up to the place the doctor that is on my paper he's not even a family doctor which is stupid tried to make an appointment with him the front desk said he's doesn't do family practice . I would not recommend anybody going here.
Front office staff were friendly and efficient. However I waited over an hour for my appointment and Dr Gharib couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. It’s not my fault you’re running behind!! All patients deserve the same amount of care. She briefly discussed my issues as she was walking out the door. Unfortunately we are stuck with this place as it’s impossible to get another Dr.
WHY is this still open ?? Telling me how busy they are with 4 Dr. s there BUT not a sole in the waiting room ?? Has that bad healthcare smell about it . Can NEVER get through to reception ??Are these Dr.s real ??
