I don't know how many times I have to call and give the lady my full name Plus my health card number and she tells me she can't find me in the system I've been to this doctor at least four times how can you not find me the system
Best doctors office I’ve ever dealt with! Most of the staff are super friendly, chatty to help make you feel more relaxed in the atmosphere.. reduces the anxiety of the appointment! And very informative. Of any and all questions I’ve ever had for clarification and understandigg purposes of any and all diagnosis.. doctors are incredibly professional and practise excellent bed side manner!
I just read a couple of reviews about the staff being rude etc. I didn't find that at all. In fact, in my experience from several visits over the last few years - the staff has gone out of their way to help me out. I find them to be quite gracious (and professional). I have been impressed several times. And the doctors are really good. Doctor Major Galasso is my favorite - funny, cool and she really seems to care. Overall quality people in my experience.
