I had a really strange experience with OGS. I was told over the phone to talk with Bill to answer questions before I placed an order. I sent pictures and my question via email with Attn: to Bill in the subject line. Bill responded within a couple hours with a question about a dimension. I responded immediately with an answer. Then I never heard from Bill again. I sent 3 follow up emails, neither Bill or anyone from OGS replied. Weeks went by, finally I had to make a decision.
