Great, much needed service and inventory. Inquiries were answered promptly and order was accurately and quickly delivered. Good to know they are there!
Had a broken window casement operator. (the arm that pushed the window out when you crank the lever.) Had a local company come by and was quoted over $400 to fix it. Decided I’d take a crack at it first. Checked a bunch of hardware store. Was even sold a part that was “guaranteed” to work. After returning that part I went to Google. Found OGS.
