Truly a family-centric practice, with a doctor who can engage with children and also provide evidence-based advice that is clearly explained for parents. A doctor who will discuss the benefits of a treatment plan and also the possible side effects of medication. Appointments run on time and reception staff will make every attempt to be helpful when needing an appointment at short notice. We have a real sense of trust built with our doctor and his practice.
UPDATE 2: Wow, the response from the owner is EXACTLY the example anyone needs to stay well away from this practice. As you can see from their response, the owner is trying to discredit my statement by making it look like I was trying to obtain opioid drugs! Disgusting behaviour. I will be taking this further. UPDATE: Shortly after leaving my review, I was contacted by Anna who tried to manipulate me to change and/or remove the review.
