Enbridge contracted them to replace a service line. This is the result of them putting back my pavers. A job done right would’ve required proper sub base preparation and tamping which they likely skipped. Terrible job done. Will file a formal complaint.
I wish I had done my (usual) due diligence in terms of researching this company beforehand so that I knew what to expect. The majority of negative reviews here that speak to their lack of accountability and respect for other people's properties are self-explanatory and appalling enough. One of their truck drivers on the 404 south bound driving very aggressive, I witnessed him cut off 2 vehicles. Laying on his horn 3to 4 times. He shouldn't be driving a big truck like that. He is going to kill someone.
These guys left our property a mess and is totally unacceptable. They ripped up our grass instead of spading it back. they also ripped up a part of our garden and didn’t put the plants back so now we have a big hole in or garden. This is totally unacceptable. Update.. once it rained it opened up a sink hole. They never got back to my emails and their idea to fix it was to get a worker to come and stomp it down with his boots.. Our experience with OE Utility Services has been extremely disappointing. In July 2025, their crew damaged our newly power washed and sealed interlock driveway while replacing a gas line - dragging heavy metal pipes and even the truck’s metal extension arm across the stones, leaving deep scratches, dislodging the sand, and deliberately trying to cover it up by dragging the same heavy pipes over the same previously scratched area with debris and slush remaining in the pipes after the gas line replacement.
