Edited to update: spoke with manager George C about a month after this occurred. He was very pleasant and apologetic about what had happened and a resolution was reached fairly easily. I can definitely appreciate good customer service when i see it! One of the most irresponsible, poorly run companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Would give 0 stars if possible. They were contracted by Enbridge to fix a gas line in my townhouse complex and in the span of an hour they completely destroyed my backyard. Flowers ... read more
One of the most irresponsible, poorly run companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Would give 0 stars if possible. They were contracted by Enbridge to fix a gas line in my townhouse complex and in the span of an hour they completely destroyed my backyard. Flowers were trampled into mounds of sticks and dirt, massive rocks were thrown carelessly on top of my plants, and rhw workers stepped directly on top of the plants in areas of the garden not even close to where they had to dig.
