Fast and efficient. The team is also very professional and nice.
Friendly staff and quick service. I was early but I didn't even have to wait that long I had a mammogram first and then an x-ray. I didn't even need to wait. I got the x-ray right after! The only thing I would suggest is them being a little more clear with what to do once you are in the change room because you change and then sit there and wait until they call you but if they don't tell you and you are not already aware of that then it's a little confusing. Other than that it was a good experience.
For pregnancy-related ultrasounds, I do not recommend this location for first-time mothers. I’ve had a healthy pregnancy so far and have been to this location three times for scans, including my 20-week anatomy scan yesterday. The ultrasound technician has been the same for all three visits, and across those appointments she has barely said more than a few words. I had a very disappointing experience with Juliana during my ultrasound appointment. It was my first time, and I was nervous, but instead of being reassuring or professional, she was very rude and dismissive. Her tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and poorly treated throughout the appointment. Ultrasound appointments can be stressful, especially for first-time patients, and a little kindness and empathy go a long way. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this experience.
