The physician demonstrated excellent professionalism, and I would like to especially commend the receptionist, Suhana, for her exceptionally pleasant demeanor. She attended to all patients with remarkable calmness and professionalism, contributing to a positive overall experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of an ultrasound.
I had a great experience at Etobicoke X-Ray Clinic. Suhani at the reception was extremely polite, kind, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me find another location at Dynacare. Her helpful attitude, beautiful smile, and politeness truly made my experience much better. Customer service like hers is rare and deserves to be appreciated. Had a great experience at the Humber location! Drushti was incredibly helpful in making sure I got my ultrasound done before office hours ended and guided me through the whole process. Nain, who did my ultrasound, was so sweet and welcoming, and even stayed a little late for me. Sameer, who did my X-ray, was also very kind and friendly. Really appreciate everyone’s help and care!
