I like customer service and met lovely Shana who arranged everything for me in the same day of walk in. From x-ray to ultrasound everyone was gentle and professional. I highly recommend the place.
I’m gonna start off by saying If I could give a 0 I would. I am currently pregnant with my first child so I’m still figuring things out and learning things. I went in today for my appointment and the ultrasound technician was very unprofessional and condescending. I told her I had a bit of food this morning due to having food aversion and I drank some apple juice before going in. I had my ultrasound done today by a lovely lady named Rihana. She was very kind and made me feel so comfortable. She showed me my baby with so much care. I felt really happy after the scan. Thank you, Rihana, for your warm and friendly service!
